Here are some quick ways to solve this issue:

1. Upgrade your web browser / make sure you are on the latest version.

2. Check the file size of your picture. Most briefs limit the file size to 10MB.

3. Try using a different web browser.

4. Turn off your pop-up blocker.

5. Make sure your image is less than 3000x3000 pixels.
